Cancellation Policy

Booking an appointment is a commitment to honoring the cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged 100% of the service fee, regardless of the reason. If you come to your appointment sick you will not be eligible for services and treated as a no-show. Cancellations the day of your appointment are also considered no-shows. A no-show will result in a full charge of the service booked. Please keep this in mind before you book an appointment.

You can cancel/reschedule online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using your original booking email.

Confirmations & Reminders

An appointment confirmation is sent by email immediately after scheduling your appointment, along with an email appointment reminder 48-hours prior to your appointment. Furthermore, a text appointment reminder is provided 2-hours prior to your appointment to help you avoid no show/cancellation fees.

Return Policy

It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skincare products both during your services and with your home care skin regimen. All sales are final with the exception that in the event you purchase any of the products for home use and find them to be defective, I will exchange any products within 10 days of purchase.
