Booking & 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Booking an appointment is a commitment to honoring the cancellation fee. Upon booking, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged as a non-refundable deposit.

Please reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be charged for 100% of the service fee, regardless of the reason.

You may reschedule or cancel via your email confirmation up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

GIFT CARD POLICY: Gift cards are non-refundable. A valid credit card is required to be placed on file at time of booking for all appointments. Upon booking, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be refunded/adjusted upon receipt of the gift card at time of payment for the service.
